Overview

Location: 36° 12´N,   73° 40´W
Duration: 4 months, from August to December, 1994
Sample Rate: hourly
Variables:

Air temperature, relative humidity, barometric pressure, sea temperature, east and north wind speeds, incoming shortwave (solar) and longwave radiation, precipitation rate (precipitation not available).

Instrumentation: Meteorolgoy was collected at the 20m site in the Cross-Shelf Moored Array. Mooring details are available in a table.
Processing Notes: are not yet available on-line.
Time Series Plots of Meteorology are not yet available on-line.

Data is from D2 site, and is presented in 2 files: August and October.

Please note: The ASCII and gzipped ASCII files for October data have been corrected as of 2005/05/25, due to a processing error that generated bad dates in the ASCII file. The NetCDF file was not effected, nor was the August data. We apologize for the error!
